How do I join?
When and where does the band rehearse?
The band meets every Thursday at 7.30pm except for the Christmas break. Rehearsals take place at Greenfields Sports Club in Loughborough which is just off Forest Road. Map
How many concerts are performed each year?
This varies every year but we aim to do one concert every two months although through the summer this can be more.
How much does it cost to join the band?
Members pay subs to cover the cost of the rehearsal room and are £10 per quarter.
What playing standard is required?
The band welcomes players of all interests and backgrounds, and no minimum playing standard is enforced. However, players should be reasonably competent on their instrument and some experience of playing in a band or group is preferred.
